PKF hospitality group has advised Verlinvest S.A. on its equity investment in NUMA Group
Brussels/London/Berlin, 4 October 2023 – NUMA Group, headquartered in Berlin, has announced a successful USD 59m equity funding round, led by Verlinvest. PKF hospitality group was mandated by Verlinvest to conduct the commercial due-diligence for this transaction.
As part of this latest fundraise by NUMA Group, Verlinvest, the international investment company backed by the families behind AB InBev, will join together with Cape Capital, NUMA's existing investor base, which also includes Headline, Cherry Ventures, DN Capital, and Soravia.
