Professional Experience
Carla Bürer joined PKF hospitality group in 2026 and is based in Vienna. She is completing a 6-month internship as a research assistant. Afterwards, she will return to Switzerland, where she will finish her studies at EHL in Lausanne.
Prior to joining PKF hospitality group, in 2024, Carla has worked at Kornhauskeller Restaurant & Bar Bern, as a Food & Beverage Intern. Besides her studies, Carla has had a position as Finance Assistant in the Sustainability Committee at EHL. In addition, she is a tutor for Financial Accounting and Mathematics at EHL.
