Professional Experience
Lindsay joined PKF hospitality group in early 2024 and is based in Los Angeles, CA, bringing seven years of full cycle experience across various asset classes. With a value-driven approach, Lindsay assists hotel developers, private owners, and public agencies in determining the highest and best use while carefully aligning stakeholder interests. Her areas of focus include feasibility studies, RFPs, and operator and developer searches. Prior to joining PKF, Lindsay brokered, project managed, developed, and repositioned multifamily, retail, and industrial deals throughout Southern California. She actively syndicates acquisition and rescue capital opportunities and manages opportunistic developments across the West Coast.
Lindsay is an active member of the ULI Travel Experience and Trends Council and holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where she was team captain of the Women’s Rowing Team following her success at the Junior Olympics.
