Professional Experience

Maiia Borisova joined PKF hospitality group on 11 February 2026 as an Event and Marketing Trainee. In this role, she supports the coordination of global events and marketing activities, contributing to event management, marketing tasks, internal training participation, guest management and meeting preparation. She further assists with administrative and office‑support duties. Her responsibilities reflect her growing involvement in PKF’s operational and organisational processes.

Before joining PKF hospitality, Maiia gained practical experience across several hospitality and service roles. She first worked as a bartender at Fine Fine All’Italiana, followed by a hostess position at Sky im STEFFL, where she strengthened her guest‑service and front‑of‑house skills. Most recently, she served as a booking operator and travel planner at 105olives, developing strong organisational, communication and coordination capabilities. Across these positions, she acquired hands‑on experience in front‑ and back‑office operations, guest management and event‑related tasks.

Maiia is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at Modul University Vienna, specialising in Hospitality and Event Management. Her academic background, combined with her operational experience, supports her development within the hospitality and events field. She continues to expand her skill set through internal trainings and collaboration with senior colleagues, contributing to the PKF events and marketing team with professionalism, reliability and a strong commitment to service excellence.
