Professional Experience

Chiara Lapper joined PKF hospitality group in 2026 and is based in Vienna. As an intern in her role as Events & Marketing Assistant, she supports the 196+ events team in the planning, marketing and organisation of international hospitality events. Her work includes event communication, content creation, participant management and organisational support across various event and marketing activities.

Prior to joining PKF hospitality group, Chiara gained several years of experience in the international hospitality industry. She worked for IHG in the Netherlands, where she progressed from Front Office Agent to Front Office Shift Leader and Hotel Experience Champion. Most recently, she worked as a Front Office Agent at Hotel Indigo Vienna – Naschmarkt alongside her studies.

Chiara completed her training as a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant in Austria and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication at FHWien der WKW in Vienna. Her studies focus on areas including corporate communication, marketing, public relations and event management, complementing her practical experience in the hospitality industry.
