PKF hospitality group was engaged with this assignment and successfully completed the task by bringing the client and Radisson with its brand Radisson RED together. The lifestyle-brand is known for art, music, design, fashion: hotels with real urban energy! The hotel in Vienna will have a strong focus on contemporary design and its rooftop-bar with views towards the heart of Vienna. Besides the value of introducing the operator to the owner, all negotiations were handled by the operator search team of PKF hospitality group.
